Kutchenhaus Southport are looking for a full-time, experienced Kitchen Sales/Designer to join our established team.

We pride ourselves on unique and personal design for kitchens and furniture around the home. We have formed a solid reputation for creating designs that capture the individuality of each client, creating a space that is uniquely theirs and tells a story of a life lived.

The role involves offering a complete service from the first meeting to the final part of a project, working closely with our clients in their homes as well as in our showroom. Time management and working to deadlines play an important role.

We would expect our designer to manage his/her projects from start to finish.

You will be working alongside the director who will provide continued support in your role as well as training and guidance where required.As someone with experience in selling with integrity and a passion for client service, you will be rewarded with very competitive uncapped commission for each signed project.

The applicant must have both, excellent customer service and organisation skills as well as exceptional design skills. Attention to detail is important as our clients expect perfection.

*Minimum of 2 year’s experience in design and sales

*IT Skills and a knowledge of Microsoft products

* Compusoft Winner CAD design knowledge is preferred but not essential

* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

*Proven track record of exceeding expectations

*Experience in site preparation, installation etc.

*Accurate designing and quoting

*Outstanding record in customer relations

Basic salary of £24,000 with an added highly competitive uncapped commission package with an OTE annual including basic rate salary with commission you could earn £45,000+.

Schedule

5 days per week, 10am-6pm, including some weekends. Hours and days can be negotiated as required.
