Kutchenhaus Lancaster is seeking an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join our professional and friendly team. If you have a passion for design, love working with clients, and thrive under pressure — this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and sell premium German kitchens tailored to customer needs
- Conduct home visits for accurate site surveys and measurements
- Manage projects from initial consultation through to final installation
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and installers
- Achieve sales targets while delivering high levels of client satisfaction
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in kitchen design and sales
- Excellent time management and project coordination skills
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
Preferred Skills (Not Essential):
- Experience working with German kitchen brands
- Knowledge of Winner Design software
