What will you do?
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customers feel valued every step of the way
- Manage and grow your own client portfolio, ensuring repeat business and upselling where possible
- Identify new opportunities and create strategies to achieve (and exceed) sales targets
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and share insights with the team
- Stay up to date with our products and the latest market trends
What we are looking for in our Sales Advisers:
- Proven sales experience (preferably in a similar setting)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with strong closing skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- CRM experience and IT proficiency
- Driving licence preferred
