What will you do?
- Be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers, providing timely support via phone, email, and live-chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers to clear and effective solutions.
- Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Become an expert on our products and services to provide accurate and confident support.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help us continuously improve.
A Typical Day Might Include:
- Helping customers with order queries, artwork questions, or product advice
- Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions
- Working closely with internal teams such as design and production
- Learning about new products, materials, and services
- Suggesting improvements to processes and systems through team feedback
