We're Kustom Clothing and Selekt, two brands, one team, operating from our production facility in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. For over 15 years we've been supplying custom printed and embroidered clothing to everyone from local schools and sports clubs to national charities and corporate clients. Kustom Clothing is one of the UK's leading suppliers of workwear, promotional clothing and sportswear. Selekt is our specialist sustainable sportswear brand, serving running clubs, cycling teams, and eco‑conscious organisations across the UK. Our best customers come back because of the people they speak to. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in making sure every lead is followed up, every quote goes out on time, and every customer feels looked after. That person is you.
The Role
As Sales Administrator, you'll be the engine that keeps our sales operation running smoothly. You'll sit at the heart of the business — managing inbound quote requests, supporting our sales team, and ensuring no lead or customer falls through the cracks. This isn't a stepping stone to a sales role. It's a vital position in its own right, and we're looking for someone who genuinely thrives in an organised, customer‑facing admin environment.

- Prepare and send quotes, working with our design and production teams to ensure accuracy
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and warm leads with timely, friendly communication
- Maintain and update our CRM — keeping customer records, order history, and pipeline stages clean and current
- Flag customers who haven't reordered in 90+ days, supporting proactive account management
- Coordinate artwork briefs between customers and our design team
- Support account managers and sales reps with admin, confirmations, and customer correspondence
- Help monitor and report on quote conversion rates and response times
Who You Are
- Exceptionally organised and detail‑oriented
- A confident, warm communicator
- Comfortable managing a busy inbox and multiple priorities
- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly
- Experienced with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Proactive and pragmatic — you flag problems before they become issues
- A team player who makes everyone around them better
Strong Fit If You Have Experience In

- Trade or B2B customer service or sales support
- Working with schools, charities, sports clubs, or corporate clients
