As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Produce, review and update the system documentation, as well as formulate the electrical, nuclear safety, and control logic requirements in compliance with the engineering rules, methodologies, quality processes, and tools.
• Monitoring and resolution of design Open Points and design non-conformances in the Electrical discipline.
• Analysis and verification of input data, requirements, and lessons learnt from other stations.
• Transformers, switchboards, cables, protections, Power balance calculation, selectivity studies.
• Ensuring technical content provided in compliance with the quality process and engineering guidelines.
• Reporting to the Electrical Discipline Lead and raising alerts on any aspects of design.
• Being part of the relevant electrical team, participating in Team meetings, sharing and advising on technical topics.
• Managing requests for modification to system(s) issued by various external parties by producing specifications and following engineering cycle (I&C and/or mechanical design changes specifications).
• Surveillance of design documentation as specified in the List of Documents Required from the Contractor (LDRC) and Surveillance Plan ensuring that all the requirements from the specification are followed.
• Management of interfaces between the Contractors equipment within the scope of supply and interfacing systems, contracts and buildings.
• Assessment and analysis of the impact of design changes.

During the first months, you can count on the KURY Team to assist you all along your projects. This experience will give you the opportunity to move on to other projects in the medium term: you will tackle varied but complementary projects, studies and technical topics.

Relevant experience in the nuclear industry. Experience of working on an EPR project, operating plant or on an industrial site. Previous experience in configuration management processes and tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: ability to communicate clearly, conscientiousness, organisation, writing ability, proactive in developing positive working relations with others within the project. French-speaking would be an advantage.
