SUITABLE CANDIDATE

You enjoy analysing concrete problems, finding solutions and then setting them up.

THE ROLE

As a Design Change Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following main activities:

  • Participating in weekly modification committees
  • Leading the contribution of the Electrical discipline to the modification, from the instruction phase until its closure, assigning actions to various groups within the Electrical discipline and directly liaising with engineers. As a group leader, you will maintain an overview of requests to guide, support, and track the overall workload.
  • Verifying the content and coherence of the contributions submitted by the discipline, ensuring the accuracy of the data presented in the contributions.
  • Ensuring that contributions are kept up to date in the tool for engineering sequence needs.
  • Overseeing progress, supporting the lead, and ensuring the necessary reporting, including writing summary notes.
  • Verifying the content, coherence, and adherence to the process at key phases: modification initiation, specification, implementation.
  • When necessary, organising ad hoc meetings to request Immediate Actions for implementation, to allow for the early integration of ongoing modifications into electrical discipline deliverables.
  • Supporting discipline engineers when they present a modification in committee.
  • Maintaining a current list of ongoing and applicable modifications and ensuring their implementation.
  • Participating in meetings to share open points and technical queries.
  • Analysing the applicability of modifications on the project and seeking expertise within the electrical discipline.
  • Preparing and participating in bi-monthly meetings to track open points with the group leaders and the Electrical architect.
  • Preparing and participating in monthly follow-up meetings for OP of each group, in tandem with another member of the configuration team.
  • Supporting engineers in progressing their open items, working together with another member of the configuration team.
  • Monthly reporting of tracking indicators (KPIs) for open items for the Electrical discipline, in collaboration with another member of the configuration team.

During the first months, you can count on the KURY Team to assist you all along your projects. This experience will give you the opportunity to move on to other projects in the medium term: you will tackle varied but complementary projects, studies and technical topics. Your understanding of the technical and environmental challenges will allow you to take on complex and critical transversal studies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of the RCC-E electrical technical regulations or/and the technical reference system (NFC15-100 / NF C 13-200 / BS7671 / IEC 60909).
  • Knowledge of the RCC-M mechanical technical regulation.
  • Knowledge of the processes involved in industrial projects in the energy field.
  • Experience in technical document reviews or production related to instrumentation.
  • Experience in leading technical contractual negotiations.
  • Experience in the nuclear field would be an advantage.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • French-speaking would be an advantage.
