Are you a hands-on, proactive leader with a passion for quality? We are looking for a dynamic Quality Manager to join our team and take charge of our quality assurance programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring our compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, while also supporting ISO 45001. You'll be deeply involved in every aspect of quality management, from internal audits to supplier management to assure a culture of quality.
As a Quality Manager, strong leadership skills are critical for managing your team and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, sales, manufacturing) to drive improvements and maintain our standards. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is able to be influential as well as being detail-oriented. To be able and proficient in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Key Job Elements:- Audit Program: Lead and manage our internal/external audit program to ensure compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Oversee the CAPA process to address non-conformities and implement effective solutions. Perform data analysis to identify trends and work with cross-functional teams to address opportunities.
- Continual Improvement: Drive continual improvement initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Returns Management: Manage the returns process, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing quality issues promptly.
- Quality Objectives, Reporting, & Training: Monitor and improve our quality and sustainability objectives. Prepare and present detailed reports during management review meetings. Educate team on quality assurance practices, ISO standards, and lean management.
- Sustainability: Lead the sustainability committee and drive the sustainability program in EMEIA.
- Supplier Management: Collaborate with our supply chain and product management teams to qualify suppliers, ensure they meet our quality standards, and drive improvements in the supply chain.
- Facilities Management: Oversee facilities management responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Required: University degree or equivalent experience. At least 5 years’ experience in Quality Management or a related field. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001. Internal auditor and lead auditor training. Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques. Good communication skills and highly organized. Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Preferred: CQM/OE, CQA, CQE. Experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits and registrations. Lean Certified. Knowledge of leak detection, inspection (monitoring and measuring techniques) and vacuum cleaning. Experience in facilities management.
