It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with licence partners to design and develop seasonal, customer- and market-focused product collections that reflect company strategy and brand identity.Contribute across categories including soft accessories, jewellery, sunglasses, hats, belts, swim, jewellery and gifting etcResearch trends, materials, trims, and branding details to inform fresh, commercially relevant design solutions.Identify opportunities for new shapes and product types to strengthen and evolve the range.Create detailed specifications with accurate technical drawings for new developments and sample modifications.Partner with the Buying team to ensure production details align with brand quality standards.Finalise aesthetics of approved designs for production, balancing creativity with commercial viability.Consistently deliver high-quality design work within set deadlines.RequirementsPrevious experience as an accessories designer.Passionate about fashion with a sharp eye for current and emerging trends.Strong creative flair with the ability to translate inspiration into brand-relevant, innovative designs.Skilled at interpreting trends through the brand’s lens, respecting house codes while contributing to the evolution of brand icons.Confident in presenting designs both formally and informally.Practical knowledge of production methods, particularly in the Far East.Self-motivated with strong organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise workload independently.Collaborative team player who builds positive relationships, works professionally with external licence partners, and contributes to a supportive, high-performing environment.Meticulous attention to detail.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Strong understanding of and passion for Kurt Geiger, its collections, and its brand identity.BenefitsCompetitive basic salaryPension and life assuranceEnviable discountsGym DiscountsSummer Hours – 3pm Friday FinishHalf Day, Payday Friday (once per month)RetailTrust support& so much more!Our Culture We’re an energic fast-paced brand that embraces progress and strives for innovation.
