Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Hold keys for the store and ensure its security at opening and closing in the absence of the senior management team.
- Operate the till system at opening and closing.
- Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products, and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards for smooth operations.
- Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy, replenished, and that store standards are maintained.
- Support the management team by working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting benefits and encouraging participation to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities.
- Be a role model for our brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, reflective of the brand).
