WE NEED YOU TO:
As a Store Host, you will be the first point of contact for every client, welcoming them into the store. Youβll set the tone for a confident, feel-good shopping experience while supporting the team in delivering standout service, the Kurt Geiger way.
- Greet every client warmly, with confidence and kindness, creating an inviting and inclusive atmosphere
- Direct clients to the right areas of the store, connecting them with the appropriate sales assistant to help shape seamless, personalised service journeys.
- Offer refreshments, ensuring client feels appreciated and looked after
- Support the store team by managing traffic flow and assisting during peak times
- Stay curious and inspired β learn about new collections, campaign and brand stories, so you can speak with confidence
- Be a proud brand ambassador and represent the Kurt Geiger values through polished presentation, energy, and integrity
Requirements
- A natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people

- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or keyholder position in hospitality, retail, or service-led roles.
