Part Time Position (24hrs) - 3 Days per week

Work from home option. No Saturdays.

Overview

Reporting to the Operational Administration Manager and working as part of the N&S Regional Support Team, you will be supporting branches and the region to effectively manage Oracle, Admin & Cash management at all times by ensuring performance targets are met, looking for continuous improvement, ensuring the maintenance and application of Company standards for admin management are met and cash control disciplines and principles are adhered to. Driving key administration controls throughout the network through training, support and identifying any weakness or non-conformance.

Responsibilities

  • Constantly monitor and support branches with ORACLE match rates so that they are achieving required standards and identify root cause and non-conformance if not.
  • Constantly monitor and support branches with outstanding DAs so we are minimising our outstanding supplier owed credit and improving company cash flow.
  • Constantly monitor and support branches with outstanding INVEVO queries so we are minimising our aged customer debt and improving company cash flow.
  • Constantly monitor and support branches with cash banking discrepancies so we are minimising company losses and identifying weakness or non-conformance.
  • Support branches by running drop in training sessions on areas of admin Key Controls.
  • Work with branches to maximise the performance of administration key controls in branches.
