  • To build strong relationships with our clients and manage expectations

  • To manage and coordinate output of the Content Writers and Community Manager to ensure all work is aligned with our clients’ strategies and is delivered to a high-standard and on-time
  • To liaise with clients day-to-day to collect necessary information and ensure they are receiving high-quality work
  • To monitor client campaigns and take the necessary steps to constantly improve them
  • To create and run reports with our clients on the performance of their personal brand, alongside our Content Writers and Community Manager
  • To share information and best practice on producing industry-leading content openly and productively with the wider team
  • To bring your own thoughts and ideas to the table as to how we can grow as an agency

What we are looking for.

  • 2+ years experience in account management (preferably within social media, marketing)
  • Proven success growing company or personal profiles on social media
  • Keen interest in the personal branding space and a solid understanding of LinkedIn
  • An exceptional relationship-builder - someone who has experience working closely with clients
  • Someone who cares deeply about clients’ experience and campaign performance and will go the extra mile to ensure we deliver the best results. You’re someone who never settles for ‘good enough’.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and organised - constantly looking to improve our delivery, the business and your own skills
  • Ability to coordinate your own work and other team members’ work across multiple clients simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Determined to learn and develop with us
