We are currently looking to hire an Immigration Lawyer/ Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic and growing team. Our organisation has built a formidable reputation amongst our clients for providing UK Immigration services. KLS specialises in both personal and business UK Immigration matters.
Job Requirements:
- We are an IAA Immigration Law firm and require a candidate to have an IAA (previously OISC) qualification for level 1.
- Good practical experience dealing with a wide range of UK Immigration matters, including:
- Appendix FM applications
- Nationality and other citizenship applications
- Indefinite Leave to Remain applications
- Visit visa applications
- Skilled Worker visas
- Sponsorship licences
- Up-to-date knowledge of current UK Immigration law, procedures, and application processes.
- Ability to liaise well with clients, providing advice and representation in a clear and effective manner.
- Able to work well under pressure and handle a sufficient number of applications at any given time.
Job Specifications:
- Base salary: £25,000- £30,000 per annum (Dependent on experience and qualifications).
- Additional bonus and commission available.
- Other employment benefits/incentives available.
- Full Time or part time hours available.
Qualifications:
- Law degree or other related degree.
- Background in Immigration Law.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in drafting legal documents and client correspondence.
- Minimum one year’s experience dealing with UK Immigration law.
- Ability to handle a significant and varied Immigration caseload.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in using legal tools and office software, as well as understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
- Client relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to provide clear guidance.
