Overview
KURK is a mission-driven health brand tackling one of the worldโs biggest health challenges: inflammation, chronic pain, and longevity. Founded by two best friends after their own battles with cancer, we are developing the worldโs best natural solutions for common health challenges in our own lab. Today we have a vertical integrated product pipeline with industry leading repeat purchase rate and a Science Advisory Board with 2 medical doctors and 3 health Ph.D.โs. Weโre achieving fast DTC growth across the UK, US, and Australia and have a clear plan to triple revenue over the next 18/24 months. Weโre building the defining natural health brand of the next decade โ and now we need a Head of Digital Marketing to own and scale our online growth engine.
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Video Editor to support ongoing creative production for KURK, a UK-based natural health brand with expanding markets in the UK, Australia, and the US. This is a freelance role with consistent, high-volume work in collaboration with an experienced creative team. We provide a steady pipeline of briefs, organised assets, and a large library of internal footage. The role requires an editor who can deliver effective, performance-driven content on schedule.
Work closely with our in-house creative strategist to edit and produce direct-response ads for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok in multiple lengths (6โ60 seconds) and formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). Create multiple variants of each concept for A/B testing (e.g., hook swaps, VO changes, text variations). Edit user-generated content (UGC), founder-led content, testimonials, and hybrid formats with light motion graphics where needed. Produce short-form cutdowns from longer scripts or video sales letters (VSLs). Deliver static or text-overlay loops when required for rapid testing.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in video editing for performance marketing or direct-response advertising.
- Minimum 1 year of experience creating ads specifically for Meta
- Strong ability to structure narratives with effective pacing, clear messaging, and compelling hooks.
- Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent).
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple deliverables consistently.
- Attention to detail in timing, transitions, and on-screen text.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Motion graphics (titles, text overlays, callouts).
- Familiarity with the health, wellness, or e-commerce sectors.
- Experience using AI-driven creative tools (e.g., VEO3, 11Labs, HeyGen) for voiceovers, hooks, or ad variations.
- Understanding of optimization based on performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, ThruPlay).
Freelance / contract basis. Must be available to work full-time. Ongoing, steady workflow with weekly briefs. Fully remote; communication is managed through direct collaboration with our Creative Strategist. Paid per deliverable, with potential for performance-related bonuses on high-performing campaigns.
