In order to expand our LTM team in UK, we are looking for a motivated Membrane Technician. This is initially a temporary position, moving towards a permanent position for the right candidate.
Brief Description
- A physically demanding role requiring the handling of different types of Reverse Osmosis and Ultrafiltration/Microfiltration membranes for inspection and repair.
- Operation of systems required for testing, cleaning, and repairing water membranes.
- Recording and inputting of data.
- Liaising with separate teams and assisting in operations.
- Assembly and disassembly of piping equipment.
- Reporting on project and work progression.
- Packing and handling of chemicals.
Technical Requirements
- Experience of working in a physically demanding role.
- Ability to collect and input data correctly and accurately with the use of MS Excel.
- Good situational awareness and timekeeping.
- Qualified forklift driver or willingness to complete training.
- Ability to use hand tools would be advantageous.
- Experience within a laboratory environment would be advantageous.
Preferred Personal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work using own initiative.
- Able to understand and follow corporate company processes and procedures.
- Experience in warehouse management would be advantageous.
