We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Livingston. This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) in the afternoon hours - 1pm to 5pm.
- Ensure the professional and timely processing of customer orders in SAP Business One including but not limited to internal and external clarifications, invoicing, processing shipments including creation of shipping documents.
- Planning of shipments.
- Liaising with customers during the entire process.
- Management of customer digital platforms.
- Responsible for managing the department mailbox.
You have experience in order processing or logistics within a manufacturing setting preferably. Experience using SAP Business One would be advantageous. You have a proven track record of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers via phone or email. You must be organised, reliable and diligent with strong focus on accuracy. Excellent team player but have the ability to work using own initiative. Able to understand and follow corporate company processes and procedures.
