We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Livingston. This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) in the afternoon hours - 1pm to 5pm.
Your tasks:
- Ensure the professional and timely processing of customer orders in SAP Business One including but not limited to internal and external clarifications, invoicing, processing shipments including creation of shipping documents.
- Planning of shipments.
- Liaising with customers during the entire process.
- Management of customer digital platforms.
- Cooperation between internal group entities.
- Responsible for managing the department mailbox.
Our expectations:
- You have experience in order processing or logistics within a manufacturing setting preferably.
- Experience using SAP Business One would be advantageous.
- You have a proven track record of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers via phone or email.
- You must be organised, reliable and diligent with strong focus on accuracy.
- Excellent team player but have the ability to work using own initiative.
- Able to understand and follow corporate company processes and procedures.
