We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Livingston. This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) in the afternoon hours - 1pm to 5pm.

  • Ensure the professional and timely processing of customer orders in SAP Business One including but not limited to internal and external clarifications, invoicing, processing shipments including creation of shipping documents.
  • Planning of shipments.
  • Management of customer digital platforms.
  • You have experience in order processing or logistics within a manufacturing setting preferably.
  • Experience using SAP Business One would be advantageous.
  • You have a proven track record of customer service experience.
  • Professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers via phone or email.
