We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Livingston. This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) in the afternoon hours - 1pm to 5pm.

Your tasks:

  • Ensure the professional and timely processing of customer orders in SAP Business One including but not limited to internal and external clarifications, invoicing, processing shipments including creation of shipping documents.
  • Planning of shipments.
  • Liaising with customers during the entire process.
  • Management of customer digital platforms.
  • Cooperation between internal group entities.
  • Responsible for managing the department mailbox.

Our expectations:

  • You have experience in order processing or logistics within a manufacturing setting preferably.
  • Experience using SAP Business One would be advantageous.
  • You have a proven track record of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers via phone or email.
  • You must be organised, reliable and diligent with strong focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent team player but have the ability to work using own initiative.
  • Able to understand and follow corporate company processes and procedures.
