Our client is building a high-calibre engineering team in the North East, focused on delivering complex, high-impact solutions across defence and national security.   • Experience in defence, national security, or a related domain
  • Background in consulting or client-facing delivery
  • Strong academic foundation (Computer Science or quantitative discipline) at a First or Upper Second Class level from a leading University
  • UK security clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Naturally curious, analytical, and committed to continuous learning
  • Flexible to travel and work on client sites
  • End-to-end project ownership
