We’re working once again with a favourite of ours - a London-based FinTech / B2B SaaS business transforming how financial services teams collaborate and deliver critical time imperative high value work. As they scale and explore new opportunities (including AI-powered workflows), they’re expanding their Product team and looking for a Product Owner who thrives on ownership, clarity and momentum.
This role is about turning complex problems into valuable, shippable software. You’ll own delivery streams end-to-end — partnering closely with Engineering, Sales and Client teams — ensuring we’re not just building things right, but building the right things.
What you’ll do:
- Own sprint delivery: quality, pace, outcomes — and be accountable for what ships
- Lead Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
- Translate “why” into clear, actionable work (not just ticket writing)
- Prioritise confidently, manage trade-offs, and deliver under deadlines
- Keep the backlog healthy: stories ready, acceptance criteria sharp, edge cases covered
- Collaborate across distributed teams with strong async communication
- Work across UI, analytics, integrations/API delivery and emerging AI modules
What we’re looking for:
- Product Owner / BA experience in software delivery (Agile Scrum)
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and decision-making
- Curious, fast learner — finance experience helpful but not essential
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high standards, and measurable impact
- Knowledge of API creation would be very handy.
- Experience within Investment Banking Back Office Operations - notably Custody, Clearing or Settlement would be a huge advantage - if you don’t have Product Owner experience we may also have a Jnr Product Manager role as well to run past you.... apply regardless.
What’s on offer:
- Recognition
- Learning
- Reward - Market Aligned Salary + enhanced pension (5% employee equals 8% from the employer), Enhanced Maternity and Paternity, Contribution to Private Medical, Dental and a range of other employee benefits.
- Remote First Working - however the preferred would be those 1 day per week in the City (London)
If you want a role where your work directly shapes the product and delivery culture — we’d love to hear from you.
