They are building a new category in compliant consumer services—combining AI with human expertise to make complex services accessible, scalable and radically better for everyone. The industry has long been constrained by legacy systems and slow-moving processes. They’ve rebuilt the model from first principles, with a proprietary AI-native platform at its core—designed to amplify expertise, not replace it. Backed by leading investors and fresh Series B funding, they’re scaling internationally at pace. Now they’re looking for a true engineering leader to shape what comes next.
The Role
As Head of Product Engineering, you’ll partner closely with the CTO to define technical direction and lead a high-performing, product-focused engineering organisation. You’ll build, mentor and inspire a team of exceptional engineers while staying close enough to the code to guide critical decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Define and evolve engineering strategy, architecture and standards
- Build and lead a high-performance, delivery-focused culture
- Act as a player-coach—comfortable in code when it matters
- Raise the bar on quality, security, testing and scalability
- Partner deeply across Product, Design, AI and commercial teams
- Hire and develop outstanding engineers
- Champion modern, AI-enabled ways of building and shipping
