Are you early in your career and ready to move from Investment Banking Operations into the world of Product? We’re working with a high-growth FinTech / B2B SaaS business transforming how financial services teams collaborate and deliver critical work. As they grow (and explore new opportunities including AI), they’re hiring a Junior Associate Product Manager — a brilliant launchpad role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Product Management, Design/UX, Analytics, or other product disciplines.
You’ll be put to task and have the opportunity for real ownership, fast learning, and direct exposure to how modern SaaS products are discovered, shaped and delivered.
What you’ll get stuck into:
- Support discovery: consolidate client/stakeholder feedback and map pain points
- Use platform data to generate insights and recommendations
- Help define “why”: business cases, ROI thinking, success metrics
- Drive momentum: notes, actions and coordination across teams
- Partner with UX to understand behaviour and turn it into clear requirements
- Support product comms: release notes, training, internal docs
We’re looking for:
- Strong analytical thinking + excellent written communication
- High attention to detail and comfort handling ambiguity
- Curiosity about FinTech, SaaS and Product
- Collaborative mindset and genuine appetite to learn
- Experience in Capital Markets / post-trade / operations is a big plus
