This role offers the opportunity to work closely with NHS Trusts and healthcare providers, supporting critical clinical applications that underpin frontline patient care and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for clinical systems used within NHS and healthcare environments
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data-related issues
- Work closely with clinical teams to understand workflows and optimise system usage
- Support system upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and deployments
- Develop and run SQL queries for reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation
- Liaise with third-party suppliers, technical teams, and NHS stakeholders
Required Experience
- Previous experience in a Clinical Application Support or Healthcare IT support role
