We’re working with an innovative health technology organisation that supports a number of healthcare providers, helping them deliver essential services through bespoke technology and applications. As a Support Analyst, you’ll join a dedicated support team working within an ITIL environment, providing high-quality technical support to a varied user base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, building relationships with customers and taking pride in delivering a genuinely empathetic support experience.
The role involves supporting users across a range of bespoke applications, investigating incidents, resolving technical issues and ensuring customers receive a responsive and professional service. You’ll need to be comfortable working with users of varying technical abilities and, importantly, understand that great support is about people as much as technology.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in an IT support/service desk environment
- Has worked with transferable technologies such as SQL
- Has experience supporting customers or users within the public sector
- Ideally has experience within healthcare, health technology or a similar regulated environment
- Is confident troubleshooting bespoke applications and technical issues
- Can communicate clearly and demonstrate genuine empathy and patience
- Enjoys working with a varied user base and adapting their approach to different needs
- Is passionate about technology and, most importantly, wants to build a career in IT support
