Our client, a leading digital health consultancy, is seeking a confident and capable delivery professional to manage the end-to-end implementation of LIMS and related pathology IT systems across NHS Trusts and laboratory networks.
✅ What You’ll Bring:
- Proven delivery experience of LIMS or equivalent pathology systems into NHS settings
- Strong knowledge of clinical and laboratory workflows , including specimen tracking, results reporting, and diagnostics integration
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams , vendors, and internal stakeholders in a high-stakes, regulated environment
- Expertise in NHS project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills —able to influence across pathology labs, clinical teams, and executive stakeholders
