We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the rollout of an innovative patient-led digital solution across acute hospitals within the National Health Service. This is a 6-month, fully remote contract for a delivery-focused professional who thrives in complex healthcare environments and can take ownership from configuration through to go-live and post-implementation support.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of a patient-led solution within acute NHS settings, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows and operational processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading implementation projects across multiple acute hospital sites
- System configuration tailored to local clinical and operational requirements
- Stakeholder engagement with clinical, operational, and IT teams
- Delivering workshops, training sessions, and user onboarding
- Supporting testing phases (UAT, system validation, and go-live readiness)
- Providing post-go-live support and issue resolution
- Ensuring compliance with NHS standards, governance, and data security requirements
- Maintaining clear documentation and implementation reporting
