Our client, a specialist healthcare consultancy delivering digital transformation and interoperability solutions across the NHS, is seeking a skilled Clinical Application Support Analyst to join their expanding support and delivery function. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with NHS Trusts and healthcare providers, supporting critical clinical applications that underpin frontline patient care and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for clinical systems used within NHS and healthcare environments
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data-related issues
- Work closely with clinical teams to understand workflows and optimise system usage
- Support system upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and deployments
- Develop and run SQL queries for reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation
- Liaise with third-party suppliers, technical teams, and NHS stakeholders
Required Experience
- Previous experience in a Clinical Application Support or Healthcare IT support role
- Strong understanding of NHS or healthcare clinical workflows and operational processes
