We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling health & social care technology organisation that has just completed an exciting acquisition and is now entering a major phase of modernisation and innovation. As part of this transformation, they’re looking to bring in an Infrastructure Engineer to help lead a brand-new greenfield project that will shape the future of their platform. This is a roll-your-sleeves-up environment where you’ll have real autonomy, influence, and the freedom to introduce best-practice processes from the ground up. If you want to build, shape, and deliver meaningful infrastructure solutions that directly impact care teams and end-users, this is the place to do it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the design and delivery of Azure-based infrastructure for a new greenfield initiative
- Building scalable, secure, and resilient cloud environments from scratch
- Working with Kubernetes and container orchestration to modernise the organisation’s platform
- Implementing new tooling, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure standards
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to define solutions that genuinely improve outcomes in the health and social care space
- Owning processes, decisions, and technical direction as part of a small, high-impact team
What you’ll bring:
- Deep experience with Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity, security, automation)
- Hands-on Kubernetes knowledge (AKS ideally)
- Strong understanding of IaC (Terraform / Bicep), CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
- Ability to lead, influence, and drive forward cloud best practice
- A proactive, sleeves-rolled-up mindset suited to a high-growth, fast-changing environment
