The Role
- Act as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NHS sites, ensuring systems are optimised for workflow efficiency and clinical effectiveness.
- Partner closely with NHS clinical teams, PACS or LIMS Managers, and system administrators to drive adoption, utilisation, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver expert training and guidance to support best practice use of digital platforms in either imaging or laboratory environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enhancements that improve user experience and clinical outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted link between technical teams and clinical end-users, ensuring satisfaction, performance, and reliability of systems.
About You
- Proven experience in radiology systems (e.g. PACS, RIS) or pathology systems (e.g. LIMS).
- A background as a Systems/Application Specialist, PACS or LIMS Manager, or clinical professional with strong digital system exposure.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across clinical teams.
- A deep understanding of NHS workflows and a passion for driving better outcomes through healthcare technology.
