As a Support Analyst, you’ll join a dedicated support team working within an ITIL environment, providing high-quality technical support to a varied user base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, building relationships with customers and taking pride in delivering a genuinely empathetic support experience.
The role involves supporting users across a range of bespoke applications, investigating incidents, resolving technical issues and ensuring customers receive a responsive and professional service.
