Kura is delighted to be hiring a Product Support Specialist to join a fast-growing SaaS company delivering critical technology to public sector organisations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with customers, and building real expertise in modern SaaS environments.

You’ll sit at the heart of the product, helping customers stay up and running:

  • Troubleshoot software, system, and integration issues
  • Support users via phone, email, and remote sessions
  • Investigate data and connectivity problems (including ETL)
  • Work across multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with engineering and internal teams on complex issues
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For

Working in a great team we’re seeking someone who enjoys figuring things out and helping others; you must have:

  • A recent graduate in an IT related degree
  • 1-2 years relevant experience (can be a placement)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a technical edge
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Clear communicator with a customer-first approach
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • SQL (queries, views, indexing)
  • You can understand basic scripting
