Role Details You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the Kura, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget control, compliance with statutory requirements, and strategic financial planning. This role will partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, improve cost efficiency, and support business growth through sound financial management. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis * Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for operational units. * Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimisation. * Provide actionable insights to senior management on profitability and cost control. Financial Reporting * Oversee timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. * Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, or local accounting standards. * Produce variance analysis and commentary for operational and executive teams. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management * Monitor daily cash flow and optimise working capital requirements. * Manage receivables, payables, and payment cycles to support operational needs. Cost Management * Partner with operations to identify, measure, and control costs at a process and client level. * Implement cost allocation models for accurate client profitability analysis. * Monitor and manage internal transfer pricing for shared services. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to tax regulations, statutory filings, and audit requirements. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk. Team Leadership Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Business Support Partner with business development teams on pricing models, bids, and commercial proposals. Support contract negotiations with clients from a financial perspective. Advise leadership on the financial implications of strategic initiatives.
