We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our store in Chichester. Full-time hours or a 4-day week can be considered.

As a Personal Travel Expert, your personality, customer service skills, and destination knowledge will keep customers coming back. You will create and sell worldwide holidays, managing the customer journey from enquiry to post-travel follow-up.
What we are looking for:
- Passion and enthusiasm for travel, with experience of long-haul destinations
- Self-motivated and dedicated to building a loyal customer base
- Proven sales experience
- Knowledge of the travel industry and experience in designing tailor-made holidays
- Effective time management skills
- Adaptability in a dynamic, omni-channel environment
- Experience with booking systems or quick learner
- Retail hours experience; store open 7 days a week, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Typically, one full weekend off per month, plus an additional weekend day. Store hours: Monday to Saturday 9am – 5:30pm, closed on Sunday.
A typical day:
Engage customers with travel conversations over drinks or tea, inspire them with holiday designs, and ensure a seamless booking experience. Act as a customer’s concierge, providing exceptional service before, during, and after their trip. Work towards sales targets and build relationships with brands and suppliers.
