The Job: The Automation QA Engineer role within Kuoni Tumlare involves delivering testing across various projects and IT applications. Working closely with software developers to analyze and resolve defects, this role is crucial in ensuring quality delivery and maintenance of software and applications. Key Responsibilities include: Collaborating with business analysts and developers to define testing scope for legacy and new systems. Providing estimates and feedback for project planning and scheduling testing activities. Designing and maintaining test scripts for review and execution. Testing software throughout the development cycle, including automation and manual testing. Reviewing test results, tracking issues, and working with developers to resolve defects. Supporting business analysis and support tasks as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in automation QA, particularly with BSS applications and transformation projects. Experience with automation frameworks, API automation, and testing tools for web and desktop applications. Knowledge of automation principles, testing techniques, and quality assurance methodologies. Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work under pressure, with a collaborative attitude and cultural awareness.
