We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to take ownership of creative and content-driven marketing initiatives across a group of companies. This is a hands-on role for someone who is both creative and autonomous, comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with other key roles.
You’ll work closely with our Content & Editorial Manager (website and long-form content) and our Commercial Manager, helping translate ideas, products, and commercial priorities into strong, engaging content across social, video, and campaigns. This role supports multiple brands, including Vodworks, a global software development services company, and KumoSeries, a blockchain-based technology suite powering the future of digital assets and payments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ownership & Initiative
- Take a lead role in creative marketing initiatives from idea to execution
- Work independently, turning loose ideas into concrete plans and deliverables
- Identify gaps and opportunities in how our brands show up publicly
- Drive initiatives without needing constant direction
- Content & Creative Production
- Create visual content for social media using tools like Canva
- Edit short-form and medium-form videos for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and vodcasts
- Support content production and filming, including:
- Script preparation
- Shot planning
- Own content calendars and posting for LinkedIn and X
- Manage scheduling, publishing, and optimisation
- Engage with the community on X and support conversation-driven growth
- Work closely with the Content & Editorial Manager to align social, video, and campaign content with website and blog articles
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to support commercial initiatives, launches, and go-to-market activities
- Ensure consistency across messaging, visuals, and timing
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, content, or a creative role
- Experience working in startups, agencies, or small teams with high ownership
- Strong creative skills across visual and video content
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives independently
- Practical, problem-solving mindset. You get things done
- Experience in or strong interest in blockchain, web3, or emerging technologies
