As a ServiceNow Business Analyst at Kumoco, you will work on large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes for global enterprises. This is a key, customer-centric role: conceptualising technology and process change that delivers real outcomes, accelerated by SnowCoder, our AI for ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and define business requirements for ServiceNow and AI initiatives.
  • Guide and define the processes behind digital and AI-led change on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
  • Write clear, well-formed user stories that survive contact with delivery - enabling shift-left, full-scope go-lives.
  • Partner with stakeholders, developers and project managers to deliver a great experience for clients and their users.
  • Help clients adopt Now Assist, AI agents and SnowCoder where they add the most value.

What we're looking for:

  • Business analysis experience on enterprise software programmes - ServiceNow experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent requirements, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working on complex, fast-moving, customer-facing programmes.
