Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head located in Basel. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company, leading business development initiatives, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Key Account Management skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in the chemical industry or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
