Kumar Family Practice is seeking a passionate and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for four sessions per week on Thursdays and Fridays. We are a well‑established, forward‑thinking training practice serving a diverse patient population of approximately 5,300 patients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced GPs and those looking to develop their careers in a collaborative, supportive learning environment.

Main duties of the job:

  • Provide 12 patient consultations per clinic, using 15‑minute appointment slots to support safe and effective care.
  • Dedicated time for clinical administration and patient follow‑up.
  • Maintain a manageable workload with protected coffee and lunch breaks.
  • Undertake a limited number of home visits where clinically required.
  • Support the learning environment by supervising and teaching medical students and GP trainees based at the practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient‑centred care.
