Founding Product Engineer (AI & Platforms) in London

Kulcho is an AI-native, headless content management system. We enable creators and brands to launch branded platforms for fan engagement, direct monetization, and immersive storytelling—allowing them to own their audience and break free from algorithmic constraints. We’re disrupting a market projected to hit $1 trillion by 2032 by providing the tools to create unique, engaging audience experiences that move beyond stifling, one-size-fits-all templates.

Started in March 2025, we’re a small, fast-moving, remote-first team building the "last content platform" at the infrastructure layer. We are currently onboarding our first white-label clients and building custom, creator-focused products on top of Kulcho’s composable architecture.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a relentless Founding Product Engineer to build the visual layer of Kulcho. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to close tickets in a backlog. This is a role for a builder who leverages AI to move 10x faster than traditional engineers; you will be leveraging it to create high-impact products. You will be the bridge between our headless infrastructure layer and the end-user experience. You’ll be responsible for building the digital platforms our clients live on, as well as the internal tooling that allows us to deploy new, high-end products at lightning speed.

What You’ll Do

• Build the No-Code Interface: Architect and develop a visual builder that allows creators to customize their platforms on top of our headless API.
• Rapid Product Deployment: Build the internal tools that allow our team to rapidly deploy and iterate on new white-label products for clients.
• AI-Driven Workflows: Use AI to accelerate your own development and integrate AI features (like automated layout generation) into the no-code tools you build.
• Client Platforms: Develop the high-performance digital storefronts and engagement hubs that our clients’ fans will actually use.
• Bridge the Gap: Work closely with the core backend team to ensure the infrastructure supports the flexible, visual experiences you are building.

• Frontend Mastery: You are an expert in building complex, state-heavy web applications. Building a drag-and-drop builder sounds like a fun challenge, not a nightmare.
• Product-Led Engineering: You think in terms of "user flow" and "accessibility." You know how to hide technical complexity behind a clean, intuitive UI.
• AI-Augmented Builder: You are a "10x engineer" because you know how to prompt, automate, and leverage AI to build and test at 5x the speed of a standard dev.
• Composable Context: You understand how to consume APIs and Headless systems to build flexible, modular frontend components.
• Founder’s Mindset: You are comfortable with the high-stakes, high-reward nature of an equity-only role. You want to own the product you build.

Transparency Note

Please note: This is currently an Equity-only role until we complete our pre-seed raise. We have approximately 50% of the round committed and are on track to close in Q2. A market-rate base salary will be introduced immediately post-raise.
