Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Global Operations. The Vice President of Global Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s global operations. The daily Managing the operational team, Leading world class guest service and ensuring operational excellence, strategic planning, and project management. This role will require close collaboration with multiple departments to enhance service delivery and drive operational efficiency across all locations.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Operational Excellence skills
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Strong Strategic Planning skills
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Understanding of the global hospitality industry is a plus
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
