BECOME PART OF THE KUKRI SPORTS TEAM. We are currently recruiting for a full time Account Manager based in our Preston Head Office. You’ll be working closely with the most important part of our business – our customers. A key part of the role is to manage and develop customer relationships, supporting the Area Sales Managers to achieve monthly targets, drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. As we’re a global bespoke sportswear brand, the role is incredibly varied, but the key focus is on ensuring a seamless customer experience for our UK customers. In this role you’ll be the face and voice of Kukri Sports. This will primarily be from our Head Office, but will also require infrequent face to face partnership management meetings and supporting key customer events.

Job Description:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all new and existing customers, via telephone or through our main contact inbox.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments including purchasing, design.
