We have a brilliant opportunity for Temporary Retail Sales Associates in our Flagship store on Boucher Crescent, Belfast, with various contracts available.
The Role:
Kukoon is seeking Retail Sales Associates to help connect our customers with their perfect rug. We want to hear from you if you enjoy coming to work to have fun, love providing excellent customer service and have a passion for all things interiors.
So what will you be doing at Kukoon:

  • Be an inspirational, helpful and informed role model, giving genuine interior advice to our growing customer database.
  • Providing the best customer service and interior product knowledge. This can be in person, over the phone or via email.
  • Achieving exceptional visual delivery that reflects the Kukoon brand, to help take our customers on an interior journey and enhance their overall in-store experience.
  • Help to maintain accurate inventory by adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Working with an A+ team to smash sales targets and increase customer footfall.
  • Opening and closing of the store (Due to key holding duties candidates should be over 18).

  • You will have some customer service experience in a similar role, dealing with customers in a retail environment.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, homewares and trends – after all that\’s what we do best! Selling rugs can be so rewarding.
  • A drive to continually improve processes and customer experiences – we love our customers, can you tell?
  • A basic knowledge of an inventory and point of sale till system.
  • A positive attitude where you demonstrate pride in your work and have the energy to match.

This role requires flexibility across the week including weekends.
Store opening hours are:
Monday – Saturday 09:30 – 17:30
Sunday 13:00 – 17:00
