We’re growing and are recruiting a Field Merchandiser to support our Retail Partnerships team. You’ll be the face of the brand in-store - making sure our products look incredible, sell brilliantly, and feel unmistakably Kukoon wherever they live.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- In-Store Engagement & Sales: You’ll own Kukoon’s in-store performance, driving sales through confident product knowledge, strong storytelling, and hands-on engagement. You’ll work closely with store teams to promote new launches, encourage upselling and cross-selling, and deliver standout customer experiences. You’ll also feed back clear insights on sales trends and growth opportunities to the Retail team.
- Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation: You’ll act as Kukoon’s in-store brand ambassador, ensuring displays are consistently high-impact and on-brand. You’ll implement planograms, refresh layouts for launches and promotions, and manage POS installation across stores. You’ll support store openings, refits, and promotional periods while gathering customer insights to inform future decisions.
- Stock & Order Coordination: You’ll monitor display stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and flag risks early. You’ll work closely with retail partners and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries and suggest alternatives where needed.
- Reporting & Insights: You’ll complete regular store visit reports, tracking visual standards, stock health, and planogram compliance. You’ll maintain photo records and share actionable insights with the Retail Business Development Manager to drive continuous improvement.
- Communication & Admin: You’ll build strong relationships with retail partners and internal teams, keeping POS trackers, schedules, and records accurate and up to date. You’ll maintain SOPs and escalate any operational or technical issues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with store teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work hands-on in stores.
- Comfortable lifting and handling rugs and installing displays.
- A visual eye with creative flair and attention to detail.
- Organised, with solid reporting, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, WMS, and internal systems.
4 day working week, 6 months per year! Have every Friday off between April and October without using any Annual Leave!
