We’re the largest independent online rug retailer in the UK & Ireland, and we’re scaling fast. That means we need more brilliant people to keep our customers smiling, and right now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our tribe in Newry. This isn’t your standard headset-and-script customer service role. It’s about being the person our customers remember for all the right reasons: helpful, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile. What you'll be doing at Kukoon:
- Keeping customers smiling: answering queries via phone, email, or chat, guiding them through orders, returns, or exchanges – and making it feel effortless.
- Turning problems into solutions: when issues pop up, you’ll listen, solve, and follow up until the customer is 100% happy.
- Working as one team: you’ll team up with Ops, Logistics, and Dispatch to keep things running smoothly, and flag trends to Sales & Product if you spot recurring issues.
- Handling the details: processing refunds, exchanges, and returns accurately, so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Bringing the energy: customer service is better when it’s fun – you’ll help us keep the vibes positive, supportive, and just a little bit Kukoon.
