Hey! We’re Kukoon, and we don’t just sell rugs; we design, curate, and deliver interiors with personality. We move fast, we care deeply about quality and detail, and we believe in giving our people room to grow, challenge, improve, and have fun while doing it.
As Logistics Manager at Kukoon, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our products move smoothly from supplier to warehouse to customer. You’ll own the end-to-end order and logistics process (inbound and outbound), keeping everything running on time, and within cost. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and critical to our day-to-day operations. You’ll be the person who spots issues early, keeps orders on track, and makes sure our teams have clear visibility of what’s arriving, when, and why.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Order Execution – Owning the smooth flow of orders inbound to warehouse and outbound to customers. Own the day-to-day execution of logistics across both inbound and outbound flows, ensuring products move smoothly from supplier to warehouse and onward to customers, on time and in full. Track orders and shipments closely, following up on ETAs, documentation, and key milestones to avoid delays or surprises. Identify and resolve logistics issues before they impact stock availability, warehouse operations, or customer deliveries.
- Freight & Import Management – Coordinating shipments safely, efficiently, and within budget. Manage inbound freight from our international suppliers, working closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners. Coordinate sea, road, and courier shipments, optimising routes, transit times, and freight costs. Monitor freight spend and logistics costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising service.
- Logistics Performance, Systems & Continuous Improvement – Ensuring processes, systems, and partners perform reliably and improve over time. Establish, monitor, and manage SLAs with courier and logistics partners, holding them accountable to agreed service levels and performance standards. Proactively manage and resolve service issues with couriers, including missed SLAs, delays, or performance concerns, ensuring issues are addressed and don’t repeat. Own the logistics element of returns, working with warehouses and couriers to ensure returns are processed efficiently, accurately, and with minimal friction.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in logistics or supply chain execution
- Hands-on experience managing international inbound freight and imports, ideally from Europe and Asia.
- Clear, confident communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A process-driven and improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working with order management systems, WMS tools, and data-led reporting.
What do we offer in return?
- 4-day working week, 6 months per year! Every Friday off between April and September without using Annual Leave.
- A fast-paced digital-first company that thrives on continually improving.
- Enhanced Maternity Pay.
- Generous staff discount - and we mean HUGE!
- Great working culture that values people who work hard, achieve results and like to have a bit of craic doing it.
At Kukoon, we’re all about creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and valued. We know that diverse teams bring fresh ideas, different perspectives, and better results.
