We are opening up a brilliant opportunity by recruiting for a Retail Sales Associate position in our Flagship store on Boucher Crescent, Belfast. Kukoon is seeking a 20-hour Permanent Retail Sales Associate to help connect our customers with their perfect rug. The ideal candidate will be available to work mid week and weekend shifts.
Be an inspirational, helpful and informed role model, giving genuine interior advice to our growing customer database. This can be in person, over the phone or via email. Achieving exceptional visual delivery that reflects the Kukoon brand, to help take our customers on an interior journey and enhance their overall in-store experience.
Help to maintain accurate inventory by adhering to all policies and procedures. Working with an A+ team to smash sales targets and increase customer footfall. Opening and closing of the store (Due to key holding duties candidates should be over 18).
You will have some customer service experience in a similar role, dealing with customers in a retail environment. A drive to continually improve processes and customer experiences - we love our customers, can you tell? A basic knowledge of an inventory and point of sale till system.

This is a 20-hour contract, with potential availability for additional working hours. Store opening hours are: Monday - Saturday 09:30 - 17:30, Sunday 13:00 - 17:00.
