- Collecting and evaluating supplier inquiries and quotations
- Comparing offers and conducting negotiations with suppliers
- Preparing and managing purchasing contracts
- Developing and maintaining material group strategies
- Evaluating supplier performance and supporting supplier development activities
- Proactive identification and management of procurement-related risks
- Supporting make-or-buy decisions in cooperation with internal stakeholders
