Make an impact:
- Analysis of manufacturing processes, identification of losses, development of improvement proposals, implementation of those proposals.
- Drawing 3D layouts and tools.
- Designing simpler, production-supporting tools.
- Supporting engineers' work.
What you need to succeed:
- Ongoing active full-time studies in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering.
- Availability for at least 24 hours of work per week and a minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Good persuasive skills.
- User-level knowledge of 3D design software (Solid Edge, Siemens NX is an advantage).
- Conversational level knowledge of German or English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of lean processes is an advantage (Kaizen, types of losses).
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
